What to expect on appointment day

Every appointment follows the same unhurried rhythm, so you and your dog always know what to expect.

  1. We arrive at your home

    The van parks in your driveway or designated spot. You're welcome to be home, but you don't have to be. We offer a latchkey service — all team members are background-checked, and we'll retrieve your dog using a key under the mat or through the garage.

  2. A quick check-in before we begin

    We'll greet your dog calmly, note any sensitivities or preferences you've shared, and confirm the service details. First-time clients get a few extra minutes for this, and we'll ask to see proof of a current rabies vaccination.

  3. The groom: your dog's time, entirely

    Your dog is the only animal in the van. The appointment moves at a pace they're comfortable with. You're welcome to check in anytime, we'll let you know if anything comes up mid-groom.

  4. Delivered back to you, calm and clean

    When the appointment is finished, we bring your dog back to the door. No pickup window, no waiting, they walk back in looking and smelling their best, without the post-salon anxiety.
