Appointment Times:
Arrival times are generally a one-hour span of time. For example: If we give you an arrival time of between 9 and 10 a.m., our groomer will arrive sometime within that hour window. If you aren't home the groomer will wait 15 minutes upon arrival before heading to their next appointment. Every groom is different and we won’t rush any grooming to ensure the most comfortable grooming experience for each pet. We also need to allow for unforeseen events such as traffic accidents, road construction, bad weather, etc.

Appointment Cancellations:
For cancellations that are Less Than 72 Hours but More Than 36 Hours prior to your scheduled appointment, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations that are 36 Hours or Less prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of grooming.

Appointment No-Show:

If our groomer arrives during the allotted window of time, waits 15 minutes and no one is home and access arrangements have not been established prior, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service plus any travel fees.
 

Fleas and Clean-Up:
If we find a flea infestation on your pet there is a $30 Clean-Up Fee to treat the van, and our equipment and ensure it is free of fleas or ticks for the next client.

Aggressive Pet:
On the rare occasion, that we encounter a pet that just isn't willing to be our friend or exhibits extreme behaviors such as struggling, biting, urination, or defecation we will not push the pet. When this happens, rather than risk injury to either the pet or the groomer the groom will be stopped and the client will be notified why we are stopping the groom. The client will be responsible for the payment of scheduled services.

De-Matting:
De-matting is a stressful procedure for dogs and is only performed when matting is at a minimum. Severely matted dogs will be recommended for shave-down upon client approval. Additionally, Viviane's Luxury Mobile Grooming, LLC shall not be responsible for conditions uncovered on a badly matted or otherwise neglected coat including, but not limited to: itchiness, skin redness, or self-inflicted irritation/abrasions from excessive external rubbing.
