Grooming for Dogs in The Hills

Grooming that comes to your driveway in The Hills

The Hills of Lakeway is its own small village, not part of the City of Lakeway. It became the Village of The Hills in 1997 and is home to about 2,600 people. It began as a golf community around the first Jack Nicklaus course in Texas, which opened in 1981.

Homes date back to the early 1980s, with remodels and new custom builds still going on. The Hills Country Club and its four courses sit at the center. Between golf, tennis and everything else, a two-trip salon visit doesn't fit the week.

Your dog is the only animal in the van. There are no cages, no kennel noise and no waiting room. That calm, one-on-one setup is why owners of anxious, senior or reactive dogs switch to us.

Every full-service groom includes

  • Double shampoo bath & deep coat cleansing
  • Blow-dry and full brush-out
  • Haircut to breed standard or owner preference
  • Nail trim and filing
  • Ear cleaning and inspection
  • Sanitary trim and paw pad grooming
  • Teeth cleaning
  • Optional gland expression
  • Finishing spray with bow or bandana

What appointment day looks like in The Hills of Lakeway

Every visit follows the same unhurried rhythm, so you and your dog always know what to expect.

  1. We pull up to your home in The Hills

We come in off RR 620 at Lohmans Crossing, where the main gate is staffed around the clock. Just add us to your guest list ahead of time. The van parks in your driveway with its own water and power. Latchkey service is open to you.

  2. A calm check-in

We greet your dog and go over any notes you shared. First-time clients get a few extra minutes. We'll also ask to see proof of a current rabies shot.

  3. The groom, at your dog's pace

Your dog is the only one in the van, so the groom moves at a pace they like. You're welcome to check in anytime.

  4. Back to your door, clean and calm

Your dog walks back inside clean and calm, ready for the next trip to the village dog park.
