Because we reserve a dedicated appointment time specifically for your pet, these fees help compensate our groomers for the time and income lost when an appointment cannot be filled.
Cancellation fees will be paid automatically with the credit card we have on file. We truly appreciate your understanding, consideration, and continued support of our small business.
